These two both work in weather. So naturally, when it came time to photograph their Portland maternity session at Pittock Mansion and Macleay Park, it was all too appropriate that it started raining just in time for their session. Becky & Benton met at school in Florida, so they brought along some fun props to include which represented both their Colleges, and of course, some super cute baby books relating to weather. Rain or shine, this sweet couple looks madly in love no matter where they are. I'm so happy for them and their very first baby.
Stefan & Rachel - McMenamins Edgefield Wedding
Stefan and Rachel are one of the sweetest couples you'll ever meet. Nowadays many couples opt to do a "first look" and see each other before the ceremony, but waiting to see each other until after the ceremony started was very important to Stefan and Rachel. One of my absolute favorite moments of the day was seeing Rachel walk down the isle. Stefan's face was priceless seeing her for the first time, and as they walked, Rachel and her dad even broke down too. Tissues were brought out, and the whole crowd couldn't have been more overjoyed to see these two finally tie the knot. Their wedding was held at Mcmenamins Edgefield with their ceremony taking place outside in the Blackberry Meadow, and reception directly afterwards in Blackberry Hall.

All my wedding clients become special to me, but these two have an extra special place in my heart! Johan grew up with my husband, Joe, and his family has always been close to ours. Before they were married, Johan was even our roommate and lived with us for a year! When Johan started dating Dani, we knew they were perfect for each other. She couldn't be any more sweet, or thoughtful, not to mention she's as cute as a button! After 5 years of dating, it made us so happy to see them finally tie the knot! It was a quaint, laid-back celebration with just close friends and family, but it couldn't have been more perfect.
